Blend Ingredients: Ethiopian Guatemalan

Chiniak blend is named after a small community 35 miles from Kodiak. The people that live there are unassuming, hard working loggers, fisherman, artists, teachers and much much more. The coffee blend we produced to commemorate this community is equally unassuming, without pretentiousness or the "gourmet" label. Yet its freshness, coupled with a mellow, piquant aroma and flavor, combine nicely to bring home the comfort of that remembered friend you enjoy drinking coffee with.
